The business

Autoglass Maestro provides mobile windshield replacement, windshield chip repair, back glass replacement, and side window replacement. We come to a suitable location in Hamilton, Halton, Niagara, Brantford and surrounding communities when glass and scheduling allow.

Quotes and bookings

Get a Free Quote is a request for pricing and availability. It does not reserve a technician or a time.

Get Appointment is how you pick a service, city, and time. A visit is confirmed only when we accept the booking and confirm with you by phone, text, or email.

Same-day service depends on your location, the vehicle, the required glass, and the day’s schedule. We may reschedule if glass is not available or the work site is not safe.

What we do not do

Autoglass Maestro does not perform ADAS or camera recalibration. If your vehicle typically needs recalibration after a windshield replacement, we will tell you so you can arrange that separately. Recalibration is not included in our glass price unless we say so in writing.

Your responsibilities

You must give accurate vehicle, location, and contact information. You must provide a reasonably safe, legal place to work (for example a driveway or private lot). You are responsible for moving personal items and for site access. If insurance will be used, you are responsible for your policy, deductible, and approvals.

Photos and content you send

Photos and notes you send are used to assess the glass and communicate with you. Do not send content you do not have the right to share. See our Privacy Policy.

Pricing

Website copy is general information, not a binding price. A quote is based on the vehicle, glass type, and details you provide. The final price may change if the vehicle, glass, or damage is different from what was described.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false requests. We may refuse service or remove content that is abusive or unlawful. Information on the site is for general guidance and may change.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by Ontario law, Autoglass Maestro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
